DOCTRINES
In the sense and spirit of some doctrines AmiableAID operates, which prove to be deeply insightful. They will be equally helpful for people who pass through them.
AmiableAID believes that any type of doctrine followed by an institution includes an obligation to communicate with all acquaintances to promote harmony with them. While coping with common interests between AmiableAID and its acquaintances, it is important to adhere to these principles.
However, AmiableAID does not ask – nor expect – anyone who comes in contact with AmiableAID or receives services from AmiableAID to regard its doctrines as their truth – in their private lives – unless they are consistent with their own personal enlightenment and private beliefs.
BIRTHDAY CAKE
The fetus waits in its tender state for the transforming breath of life, when the water-breathing being emerges as an air-breathing being and marks the beginning of true existence. It is at this moment that the journey of life unfolds, as nature gives us a symbolic gift— on the day of our birth - a round, metaphorical cake.
This cake that nature gives us embodies the essence of our experiences, made up of the vibrations we have woven throughout our lives. At its core, the ingredients of joy and pain intertwine and shape our perception of the world.
In this cosmic confection, joy takes its rightful place and makes up half of the cake. The remaining fifty percent carries the weight of life's trials and tribulations — a tapestry of painful experiences. The delicate balance between these elements determines the unique stake each individual has in their own slice of existence. Indeed, the recipe for each person's cake is distinctive, as the ratio of pain to joy is different and shapes our individuality. This sweet creation, commissioned at our birth, serves as a script for the unfolding drama of our lives — an opportunity to either bring it to life or discard it.
Men and women embark on the great journey of life together, each taking their own personal path, guided by their chosen method and roadmap. While our journeys may be different, we share a common destination — an inevitable arrival, regardless of the model of travel chosen.
In the vast symphony of existence, there are hints of the wondrous synchronicity of the universe in every facet of life. Harmonious chords resound, intertwining our lives with a breathtaking sense of unity. Yet amidst the symphony, discords occasionally emerge, reminding us of the intricate weave of human experience. Fortunately, these sour notes are rarely heard and are overshadowed by the resounding harmony. For our actions are not an accident, but a predetermined order, a profound decree that we as individuals give to this wondrous universe. With this understanding, we should enjoy our metaphorical cake with deep satisfaction and accept the joys and sorrows it contains without grumbling or regret.
So let us partake of this great banquet of life with gratitude and appreciate the unique blend of joy and pain that characterizes our existence. As we savor each delicious morsel, may we find solace in the symphony that unites us all, dancing to the rhythm of our common humanity.
WORLDLY MISSION
It’s our task to go with the flow in the universe and celebrate it in the world that exists. It’s not our job to change the world or the people around us. Our Creator manifests the spirit of this world in His own image. Our Creator’s love for this world will enable it to survive, just as He does for the whole earth. The world doesn’t need to be saved by another force. Nature itself is fully capable of solving its own problems without the “helpfulness” of man.
THE ONENESS
In all species, from microscopic amoebae to majestic animals, a remarkable phenomenon can be observed — a response to distress signals echoing through the web of life. Even the cells of a dying organism send out signals that trigger a collective alarm within the living community. This can be seen, for example, in the drying blood of an accidentally cut finger. Similarly, these species respond to love and affection and recognize the tender gestures that are shown to them. Amazingly, plants pick up the emotional aura of those who approach them and are attuned to the subtle vibrations of care and compassion. Birds communicate with grasses, plants, trees and flowers through their melodious song and determine the timing of their growth by stimulating the necessary chemical activity. This intricate web of connections speaks volumes — "there is an impressive life force signal that connects all of creation" Remarkably, when we touch a flower, we inadvertently stimulate a distant star. When we look at our seemingly solid hand under a microscope, it turns out to be a vibrating mass of energy in constant motion.
In truth, everything that exists is made up of the same basic fabric, be it the flesh of our bodies, the living creatures on earth, the plants that adorn our landscapes, the vast oceans or the distant stars that light up the night sky. We are all inextricably linked, even if this interconnectedness eludes our everyday perception. There is no clear separation between the outer world and our inner self. The entire universe is a unified energy field that is harmoniously interwoven.
Most people identify primarily with their physical bodies and perceive themselves as finite beings. However, when we look through the lens of a microscope, we discover that we are actually energy fields. We are not confined to the boundaries of our physical form. Quantum physics underpins this understanding and shows that energy is the basis of our reality. Energy manifests as objective form, and the laws that govern this energy serve as the creative force behind every aspect of existence — not only the building blocks of atoms, but also the birth of worlds, the expansive cosmos, and everything that springs from the realm of imagination. Energy can neither be created nor destroyed; it has always been there and will always be there. It is constantly in motion, transforming from one form to another and pulsating through different manifestations.
The universe, a creation of the Divine, is subject to the same principles. The Divine has existed for eternity and can never be brought into existence or extinguished. Everything that has ever existed continues to exist. Energy flows through the form, within the form and beyond the form. This description mirrors the principles of quantum physics, even if they are expressed in different terminology. So as we walk through the world in our "meat suits" we need to remember that we are spiritual beings, energy fields interacting with a larger energy field. Quantum mechanics and quantum cosmology confirm this truth. The universe springs in its essence from the realm of thought, with all the matter surrounding us representing crystallized thought.
Ultimately, we are not separate from the universe, but a part of its structure. By directly experiencing and understanding this inherent power, we can begin to exercise our authority and unleash our limitless potential. We possess the ability to create, know and shape our reality from within the field of our consciousness — a consciousness that ultimately merges with the universal consciousness and directs the course of the universe. Depending on how we deal with this power - positively or negatively — we shape not only our personal well-being, but also the environment we create.
We are the creators, not only of our individual destiny, but also of the destiny of the universe itself. The potential inherent in the human experience knows no bounds. It is our ability to recognize and harness this profound dynamic that determines the extent of our power. We are indeed the embodiment of divinity in physical form — spirit manifesting in the flesh. We are eternal life expressed in our being, cosmic entities endowed with immeasurable power, wisdom, intelligence, perfection and magnificence. We are the very essence of creation, and we continue to shape the creation of ourselves and our world on this remarkable planet.
HEALTH
Our fleshly body does not have the power to destroy itself. It is only Mental Gravity, used in the opposite direction, has this power – and we control our mental Gravity with our mind. Our mind survives the death of our body, whether we want to believe it or not. Not believing in Universal Law has not yet prevented it from functioning. Our body is really the product of our thoughts. The more than forty-two billion electrical cells in our brain have a power immeasurably stronger than physical gravity when controlled and directed by our mind. Physical gravity is a lightweight compared to the power of mental gravity. Every physical disease, without exception, is the result of the original cause of certain mental and emotional attitudes.
The emotional seed that causes arthritis is resentment, bitterness and frustration held and controlled within – and not allowed to be expressed outwardly.
The nerves have been whipped by the tensions of their environment, the whole personality loses the power to relax into a normal rhythm of life, and the result shows itself in the form of dispositional peculiarities.
The disposition naturally reacts strongly on the body, upsetting its functions and even attacking the structure itself. It is impossible for any person to escape the consequences of his own attitudes, because these attitudes affect his physical harmony.
Mental and emotional habits acquired in youth usually become apparent in their consequences only in midlife. Gradually, as the supply of vitality diminishes, the body begins to show the consequences of the various mental and emotional intemperances with which it has been afflicted.
Chronic dispositional tendencies lead to chronic physical ailments. The peculiarities of disposition which we cultivate through the years set in upon us as physical ailments, and in later years plague us with innumerable misfortunes which destroy our happiness and peace of mind. Nowhere in nature is the operation of the law of cause and effect more evident than in problems of physical health.
cancer arises in a person who has locked up within himself his disappointments, sorrows, and hurts. The sorrow eats away at the normal optimism of human nature and creates in the consciousness a state identical to that which cancer produces in the body.
Diabetes is often associated with a hypocritical response to life’s circumstances.
In an order of living based on a doctrine of debt, nervous ailments are bound to increase.
Insecurity is the normal heritage, and each man must struggle throughout his days to maintain some semblance of physical success.
There is little time for healthful repose in any family where one serious illness may destroy the economic stability of three generations. It is small wonder that strange and obscure diseases flourish in such an atmosphere.
Those who demand a level of perfection from others that they themselves completely lack, and then develop a negative and cynical attitude from their disappointments, are easy victims of both diabetes and chronic kidney disease.
Rheumatism occur in personalities that cannot adapt to change. Severe attacks of these diseases have been found to improve rapidly when the mind is freed from the tension of trying to maintain a status quo in an ever-changing world.
Chronic stomach ailments are most common in people who worry and in people whose fragile egos are easily bruised. Nervous stomach trouble is a difficult condition to endure, but if the mind can be made to be less critical of others and more tolerant, digestion will immediately show marked improvement.
Heart disease and heart attacks are caused by the lonely longing that results from not being loved, the inability to give or return love – or the inability to love oneself. The feeling of love and the human organ of the heart are inseparable.
Anger is deadly and swift in its action. When we get really violently angry at someone or something, whether justified or not, and whether we hold back our anger or give it free rein, bile still results. The result is an unbearably painful attack of gallbladder and the manifestation of gallstones. It is a dreadful and painful price to pay for anger.
Forgiveness, on the other hand, is as practical as it is spiritual, for it not only strengthens the soul but also keeps the body healthy.
While not every illness can be traced to disposition, it is safe to say that all people with a bad disposition are ill. A bad disposition is one of the heaviest burdens the flesh can bear.
Our nervous fellows often build a destructive tension around the simplest processes of their lives. This tension distorts and deforms otherwise useful and noble beliefs and convictions
Of all the arts and sciences, life itself is the greatest and most profound. It takes many years to train a doctor or a lawyer in the details of his profession; but it takes many lifetimes of experience and reflection to bring a person into the fullness of his own humanity.
Philosophy, then, teaches about health and how to preserve it, and when it is lost, how to regain it.
The beginning of health is the discovery of the gods. Our personal life is based on our conviction of the nature of Eternal Being. When we can discern behind visible nature a Universal Principle of Good that accomplishes all things through wisdom, power and beauty, we free our minds from the various doubts about Providence. These inwardly discovered certainties give us the courage necessary for right action and bring the mind into harmony and peace.
The second necessary element of a normal philosophy of life is the realization of the eternity of the self and the understanding of the great law of evolution by which all life grows to perfection. There must be a sense of participation in the growth and unfoldment visible everywhere in nature. The purpose of life is growth. And a person is successful to the extent that he develops a character that is in harmony with the laws of the world of which he is a part.
The third consideration concerns sharing what we are and what we have with others of our kind. Cooperation, friendship, and the constructive emotions that bring people into closer alignment are important elements of a philosophy of health.
The last consideration is that of leisure; haste and stress must be eliminated from the technique of life. Civilized man is the one who has discovered the dignity of leisure, and it is this discovery that has made man great in philosophy, art and literature. There must be time freed from less important pursuits to devote to the cultivation of the self. This freedom from tension entails not resisting ideas, and there are times of contemplation that belong to true maturity.
If we want to be spiritually and physically healthy, we must free ourselves from the delusion of a materialistic civilization and reject as unlivable the prevailing habit of haste, ambition, greed and competition. Each person must suffer his own pain, and we are afflicted by the sins of our world to the extent that we allow ourselves to cooperate with the pattern of the world’s mistakes.
Health is precious to every human being, for without it even the noblest goals are difficult to achieve. But Nature, always scheming toward the right, reserves health as a reward for those who do other things well.
Health cannot be achieved by direct effort alone; it must be a consequence of action – the result of a proper cause.
PROSPERITY
The idea of wealth is responsible for most of man’s inhumanity to man.
It need not be said that the divine power which administers universal nature is in no way affected by the financial aspirations of man. The whole mechanics of accumulation is a human invention and has no meaning outside the human sphere. If people want to create small symbols on metal or paper, worship them and fight, cheat and kill for them, it is a matter of no interest in the wider dimensions of the universe. An omniscient Providence has provided the human race with everything necessary to ensure peace, happiness, health and safety. If mortals prefer to wrangle over debits and credit in a universe full of life and beauty, they will be rewarded according to the mistakes of their works.
In an order of life based on a doctrine of debt, nervous disorders are bound to increase
Insecurity is the normal inheritance, and each person must struggle throughout his life to maintain some semblance of physical success
Cooperative life is the only solution to the economic anxiety complex that destroys health and peace of mind.
In a family where a single serious illness can destroy the economic stability of three generations, there is little time for healthy recovery. It is no wonder that strange and obscure diseases thrive in such an atmosphere.
EMPLOYMENT
Considering that a significant amount of our time is dedicated to improving our financial situation, as financial security plays a crucial role in freeing our minds to explore higher realms and care for our physical well-being, it becomes imperative to take the right paths to fulfillment and happiness in our work. If we do not take care of our basic physical and mental needs, it is unlikely that our minds will engage with the deeper dimensions of spirituality. There are countless men and women who are dissatisfied, discouraged and unhappy - people whose talents, aspirations and abilities are not aligned with their livelihood. Not everyone is destined to be a leader, and it is the simple joys, happiness and love that we cultivate and radiate in our daily lives that have the power to save any situation, even in turbulent times. Trying to make a list of specific professions that are suitable for the individual proves futile, because such a list is not meaningful in and of itself. What really matters is any profession that allows us to express our rare ability to listen empathetically and nurture our imagination. It is through such work that we find self- realization. Those around us intuitively perceive that we are genuinely concerned for their well-being, and our mere presence has a transformative effect, infusing love and healing energy into any environment where love guides our actions. When we find complete satisfaction in our work, combined with the challenge it presents, we set ourselves on one of the surest paths to realizing our dreams.
Imagine a large and impressive article with a rich vocabulary of 10,000 words. However, it is worth noting that only 50 of these words make up half of the entire text. These 50 words, burdened with an overwhelming workload, evoke a sense of sympathy for their plight.
Just as there are overburdened words in every institution, there are inevitably overburdened people. Instead of seeing them as cursed, we should see them as blessed. Many are called, but few are chosen. Behind every apparent "curse" is a balancing blessing waiting to be discovered.
MONEY
Money has a significance that goes far beyond paper and coins. As a global medium of exchange, it has an unrecognized power that can multiply remarkably when its secret potential is harnessed. Harnessing the green energy of money has the potential to make a big difference in a short space of time, as money and success are closely intertwined in our everyday world. However, those who strive for wealth based solely on the motive of money rarely achieve lasting success. Most fail miserably and fall far short of their ambitious goals.
Most who seem to have temporary success are unable to sustain their wealth. Since they feel no real happiness, their inner dejection inevitably drives them to impulsive actions that ultimately cause them to lose their wealth in various ways. The few who manage to accumulate wealth without experiencing misfortune often become miserable, impoverished creatures who resemble beggars in appearance and behavior. They refuse to spend even a fraction of their enormous wealth on their families, friends or even themselves. Their insatiable greed represents a future that is not attractive to reasonable people who understand the consequences of such greed.
When the power of money is disregarded, whether out of greed or ignorance of the laws of nature, the wealth acquired gradually dissolves or stagnates in the hoarder's mind, accompanied by misery and fear of loss.
The secret of money mysticism lies in the realization that the green energy of money works in a magnetic circle. When it is released, it follows an invisible path of pure and powerful energy and returns to us unfailingly multiplied. It flows through us and radiates outwards on its circular path, only to return to us again and again in an infinite cycle. We are the center of this energy, the catalyst for its continuous flow, and it returns to us again and again — multiplied each time. The cycle is only interrupted when we stop giving and thus short-circuit the magnetic flow.
From childhood, we have been conditioned and programmed to be frugal, careful and attached to our money. Therefore, we need to overcome the initial discomfort of letting go and experience it for ourselves. Once the fear of loss dissipates and we engage with the prevailing thoughts of wealth, the magic begins. When people begin to understand the deep mystery of money, they are often overwhelmed by an abundance of negative thoughts that they carry within them. It is important that they understand that positive thoughts are scientifically proven to be a hundred times more powerful than negative thoughts and that they eliminate much of the worry immediately.
Throughout history, wealthy people have given and their wealth has continued to increase. Granted, in most cases the motive was financial gain. However, this is one of the amazing aspects of the power of money. Once the magnetic energy circuit is set in motion, its laws are unaffected by motives; they are concerned solely with the circulation of money energy back into the universe from which it originated. Motives become irrelevant as the act of letting go creates an energy so intense that all intentions for personal gain are neutralized. An overwhelming and sudden awareness — a deep realization — emerges, freeing us from the desperate need to fear and worship money. It is a thrilling experience to synchronize with the harmonious vibrations of the universe around us and tune into the act of giving. A wild euphoria grips us as we finally realize that we are free from the chains that once bound us to money and realize that the fastest and safest way to acquire money is to give it away.
Once all the necessities of life are met, it is essential to give away half of each remaining unit of money earned through labor. Surprisingly, the money given away with devotion, naivety and extravagance will not only come back, but also in larger amounts, from unexpected sources and in completely unexpected ways. The money given away does not necessarily come back from the same source to which it was given; rarely does it come from the original recipient.
The act of giving serves as an additional amplifier that ensures the continuous flow of abundance and conforms to the laws of karma, leading to personal happiness and the reward of spiritual enlightenment. Using earned money for the good of the world and creating an unceasing stream of prosperity is the ultimate and inevitable ideal. Free will is indeed a precious gift.
RELIGION
Religion must be approached with a normal optimistic attitude, or the believer will soon get into serious trouble. Most of the fanaticism, bigotry, and narrow-mindedness so evident among religious adherents are the result of nervous tensions manifesting in the realm of spiritual beliefs
Religion is extremely dangerous to the neurotic because it directs his neurosis in a particularly pernicious direction. And yet it is the neurotic who is most likely to seek solace in religion.
SPIRITUAL LIES
The term "lie" seems to contradict the truth and serves as the ultimate non sequitur, revealing the depth of its meaning. Lies encompass different levels of interpretation. Some lies are based on willful deception, while others arise out of kindness and consideration. In addition, certain "lies" arise from conviction and understanding.
For example, when we assert to others the existence of something that is imperceptible to physical perception or for which there is no tangible evidence, some people consider this to be a lie. However, as soon as this being manifests itself in a tangible form, the so-called "lie" becomes the truth and the supposed "liar" becomes a prophet.
If we encourage someone to concentrate his mind on breathing, Nishtai, Brahmmaranthiram, Mooladharam, Swathitanam, Manipooragam, Anadhagam, Visuthi, Akhgna, Sahasraram— - without any visible realization having occurred — people may think we are a lie. Nevertheless, the spiritual essence within us, in the etheric realm, may be thriving and waiting for the moment to manifest. However, as long as it is not visible or perceptible to the physical eye, society will continue to call it a lie.
There are even more fascinating realizations about the nature of the lie, and individuals will discover them as they delve deeper into their understanding. Spiritual concepts often trigger a thought process in our minds. Initially, some of these ideas may seem confusing and illogical. However, we must not stop their development. If we persevere and explore these concepts, we will eventually discover their inherent logic, even if it remains hidden from us until we grasp their meaning. If we persevere in contemplation, we will be rewarded with a feeling of spiritual elation.
Faith serves as a transformation process that gradually transforms invisible, ethereal concepts, dreams, ideas, ideals and beliefs into tangible, dense matter. In the beginning, hope is weak and insignificant. A stronger faith follows, then a deepened faith that brings us closer to our goal. Finally, knowledge emerges — the true power that materializes our aspirations. When we truly grasp something, we transcend time and exist in the eternal present and achieve victory.
Through complete visualization, ordination and knowledge of the mind, we possess the ability to manifest miracles. By imprinting our desires, images, beliefs and faith into the subtle realm with unwavering intensity, we witness the transformation of these spiritual imprints into physical, tangible matter. One way to solidify these imprints in our minds and preserve their memory is through the practice of alchemy, which serves as another facet of meditation.
GNANAM
On the path to enlightenment, all individuals are comparable to infants in terms of their current level of knowledge. But just as infants inevitably grow and mature, all human beings will eventually reach a state of spiritual maturity. By taking the necessary steps and observing our thoughts, we can undoubtedly discover deeper levels of peace, wisdom and contentment.
Trying to monitor our every thought, which amounts to about sixty thousand thoughts a day, is an impossible task. Fortunately, there is a simpler approach: our feelings. Our feelings serve as indicators of our thoughts. Once we realize that the mind dismisses thoughts as impermanent and unreal, all that remains is Gnana, the wisdom that resides within us. With regular practice, we are suddenly able to achieve this state, as if a bright light is switched on in a previously dark room. Our third dimensional mind can then use this wisdom to tune into the fourth dimensional cosmic consciousness, allowing us to perceive the light and harmonize with universal harmony.
From our first breath, the over four trillion electrical cells in our brain are programmed with a vibrational frequency that makes us immune to the electromagnetic vibrations emanating from the cosmos. This programming follows a pattern that corresponds to the positions of the planets and earthly phenomena. Enlightenment serves as a form of deprogramming that makes us immune to control by the movements of celestial bodies and earthly influences. We can free ourselves from inherited patterns, cultural codes and societal beliefs. Through this process, we can finally prove that the power within us is greater than the power in the world.
TEMPLE
The establishment of the "temple" is one of the most important contributions of the Bhakti movement, which plays a central role in uniting various social groups in the field of spiritual aspiration, progress and liberation.
While the temple's influence on spirituality is undisputed, its impact on the economic and cultural aspects of the time is even more significant. Tantric-oriented Siddha literature offers instructions on temple construction, the consecration of deity images, information on sacred pilgrimage sites and the exact rituals and meditative practices to be performed there.
We should recognize and support the existence of temples built with bricks and mortar, as they serve as sanctuaries for people seeking solace in times of sadness, illness and grief. These physical temples are an invaluable refuge for many people. However, it is important to recognize that there are two other temples — the spiritual temple and the carnal temple, which relates to the body. It is important to prioritize the well-being of the spirit over the physical body.
In the long run, this approach would be of great benefit to all concerned, including future generations who inhabit these temples of the body. Just as enlightened architects working in harmony with owners and landlords can greatly improve the design of homes, a similar view of the temple of the human body would bring profound improvements. By prioritizing the spirit and encouraging spiritual growth, we can have a positive impact on the present and the future.
ELDERS
The physical origin of religion is the veneration for age. Those who have lived long have had the most experience. Tradition is the record of the long-lived. In primitive times and among savage peoples not many reached old age, too many dangers stood in the way; therefore most races respected the aged and accorded them dignities and honors equal to gods and spirits. For in the first state of human society those who reached the fullness of years were distinguished by simple thoughtfulness – the survivor was the superior man.
HELP TENDENCY
Water means that everything that moves, as water must, is multi-layered or multi-level, somewhat mysterious and flexible. Our personal mission must be to help other people solve their emotional and psychological problems – sometimes simply by being an understanding, compassionate listener. People are going to dump their problems on us anyway, so we should not expect to get paid or expect anything in return for listening to them, and that’s not a materialistic view, it’s just common sense – because the people who come to us will always get great benefit from it. We are happiest when we help others find the path to self-discovery. Our gentle nature and subtle humor are an asset, an added value. This is how we can demonstrate our rare abilities. All in all, it would be better if we just had an open ear, without expectation and reward, so that it does not burden our consciousness, and what not, let us earn our bread in a field that needs our sensitive perception and uncanny ability to solve problems.
Spiritual wisdom is the priceless key of those who earnestly desire to help others and achieve personal joy and happiness. The esoteric mysteries that arise from spiritual wisdom must be approached carefully, with reverence and compassion, with a sincere desire to use magic to end the suffering of the world, ease the pain of individuals, and bring happiness to friends and strangers alike.
DREAMS
Let us not dismiss our daydreams as impotent wishful thinking. Let us listen to them with our inner ear. Let us pursue our daydreams vigorously, intensely, fiercely – courageously, even if it means temporarily foregoing financial security. Our daydreams are our blueprint for success and happiness. We should believe in them. Everything that comes into our lives, we attract into our lives. And it is attracted to the images we have in our minds. It is what we think. Whatever is going on in our mind, we attract it to us. “Each of our thoughts is a real thing – a force.”
It is the law that governs the entire order in the universe, every moment of our lives, and every single thing we experience in our lives. It does not matter who we are or where we are, the Law of Attraction shapes our entire life experience, and this all-powerful law does so through our thoughts. We are the one who puts the law of attraction into action, and we do it through our thoughts.
Our job as human beings is to hold on to the thoughts of what we have dreamed, to make it absolutely clear in our minds what we want, and in doing so we begin to invoke one of the greatest laws in the universe, and that is the Law of Attraction. We become what we think about the most, but we also attract what we think about the most.
SILENCE
Silence is loud until we get used to it. In silence we can hear the sound of our own pulse and heartbeat, the flowing rhythm of our own blood in our veins – and the rhythm of the universe – in our inner ear. When we silence the endless verbal chatter that echoes in our language-filled brains, there is a quieter, more universal way of communicating and knowing waiting to be tapped.
SIMPLICITY
All great truths are simple. Simplicity, however, is the very quality that makes it so difficult for us to master the ancient wisdoms. As children we grasp them quickly and naturally, until the power of innocence is gradually diluted and eventually destroyed by the process of growth, by the constant conditioning and programming of our minds with untruths. We should apply simple facts to untie the knots of any problem without considering the preconceived notions and past results about the typical problems.
FOOD
What we eat and what we think is who we are. The food we take into our bodies gradually, slowly but surely shapes our thought patterns
And our thoughts, both conscious and unconscious, have absolute control over the health or lack of health of our bodies.
It is good to become vegetarian, but the ultimate goal is to become fruitarian and eventually part-time breathtarian, to get our body’s needs from the air we breathe. Achieving this ultimate wellness cannot be accomplished overnight. It takes a few years – and a change in attitude or thought patterns.
Deciding to become a vegetarian immediately after eating meat for many years can send the body into a state of shock that leads to serious illness, as happens all too often, so people mistakenly believe vegetarianism is bad.
Before becoming a vegetarian, one must first desire to do so for the right reason – out of genuine compassion for our animals and birds.
Also, our body can take care of its own needs for blood, tissue, etc. But it needs the cleansing supply of fruit. Fresh air, fruits and vegetables, and plenty of sleep are the conditions for the body to heal itself from disease.
PLANTS
Plants are living things without nerves and therefore depend on the auxins they produce to achieve growth, phototropism, wilting and the like. They show distinct and sympathetic responses to beneficial or malignant events that take place on living cells of a member of the living community such as animals, humans, and other plants near them – and far away.
BIRDS
Birds tell grass, plants, trees, and flowers when to grow by producing the sounds necessary for their chemical activity through their song. Birdsong is another proof of the power of sound. In the spring, the chorus of birds can be heard like a thousand symphonies throughout the day, while in the summer months it falls silent except at dawn and twilight. There is a magical reason for this little-known phenomenon of nature. Birdsong creates a certain sound vibration that promotes the growth of the young leaves of trees, plants and flowers, so that in the spring the birdsong is fairly constant throughout the day while the new growth is taking place.
FISH
Fish are an important part of nature’s ecology, performing vital functions during their short lives and providing more than seventy percent of the oxygen that humans breathe.
ANIMAL
Animals are on earth, and nature manifested them here eons and eons ago. They are all matters related to personal enlightenment and esoteric instruction… part of the true story of Genesis. Those who abuse the smaller and more helpless animals have a heavy karma ahead of them, and they richly deserve it.
